On 30th December 2008, Hangzhou Customs District seized a thousand Disney Cartoon Discs from express mails sent from Huzhou and Jianxin to the U.S. The discs were detained by the Customs and would be transferred to departments who are in charge of the cultural and publishing issues for further disposal.
