Xiamen Seized 77,000 Sandals Infringing Famous Trademarks(with photo)

Recently, Xiamen Customs district seized 77,000 pairs of sandals  for export that likely have infringed the trademarks of NIKE、PUMA、ADIDAS and HAVAINAS. Later, the 4 trademark holders confirmed that all the sandals are infringing ones.
Customs officers said they would adopt more effective measure to fight against infringement and protect the legitimate rights of the trademark owners and consumers. In January, Xiamen Customs District broke 29 infringement cases involving a value of RMB 2.27 million, a year-on-year increase of 61% and 121% respectively.
