Nanjing Seized Infringing Air Compressors (with photo)
2011-04-21
Officers of Nantong Customs House (affiliated to Nanjing Customs District) seized 4 infringing air compressors and 580 parts which were valued at USD 30,000 recently.
Officers said when exercising control over the goods, they found out that the products carried the distinctive logo of “MILWAUKEE” but not “SHOU LI” as stated in the declaration form. “MILWAUKEE” is a trademark that had been put on record with the General Administration of Customs of China and its owner—Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation confirmed that the seized ones were infringing items. The infringing goods were detained by the Customs administration according to law.
