Officers of Xinshengwei Customs House (affiliated to Nanjing Customs District) said they had grabbed 350 radiator grids that might have infringed upon the trademark rights of “CHERY”. The products, which were later confirmed by the right holder, Chery Group (a famous domestic automobile maker) as infringing ones, were detained by the customs administration.
