Officers of Ningbo Customs District said they had seized 330 sewing machines with the image of butterfly, when exercising control over a consignment of export goods.
The right holder later confirmed that the items seized had infringed upon their trademark rights of “Butterfly” (image). The case involved a value of RMB 140,000, according to Customs officers.
