Ningbo Seized Some 100,000 Infringing Caps (with photo) |

Officers of Ningbo Customs District said they had seized some 100,000 infringing caps when exercising control over a consignment of goods declared as “tablets”.
Officers said among the caps grabbed, 12,000 were those infringing upon the trademark rights of “NIKE ”(swoosh image), 25,920 were upon “ADIDAS”(three stripes image), 17,280 were upon “LACOSTE”(crocodile image) and 28,320 were upon “Quicksilver”. All together, there were 408 cases of infringing caps with a value of RMB 500,000 that had been seized, according to Ningbo Customs District.
The goods had been detained by the Customs administration.
