Customs offer assistance in law court detainment

Where the Customs receive the written notification of the people's court on assistance in detaining the suspected infringing goods within 20 working days as of the date of detainment, they shall provide the assistance; where the Customs receive no written notification of the people's court on detainment assistance or the IPR holder requests the Customs to release the relevant goods, the Customs shall release the goods.
