On May 25, at the Headquarters of Macau S.A.R., Minister Yu Guangzhou and Mr. Vong Lao Lek, Director General of Macau Customs Service, signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the Cooperation of Rule of Origin between the General Administration of Customs Mainland and Macau Customs to Transit Goods via Macau under the Free Trade Agreement of the Two Sides, and the Cooperation Arrangement by the General Administration of Customs Mainland and Macau SAR on the Prevention and Fight against Smuggling Crimes on the Water- and Land- Border Area under the Jurisdiction of Macau SAR.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by the officials including Mr. Chui Sai On, Chief Executive of Macau S.A.R., Mr. Li Gang, Director General of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macau, Mr. Wong Sio Chak, Director-general of the Security Directorate of Macau S.A.R., etc.
