To meet the reasonable and normal needs of individuals, the Customs specify that: parcels sent from abroad with tax amount within RMB 500 each time and those from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan regions with tax amount within RMB 400 will be released without tax, and only the excess amount will be subject to tax.
