For goods transferred between Customs districts for advance declaration for export, the consignor or its agent, before the goods arrive at the Customs control area at the place of dispatch, inputs electronic data on the Export Declaration Form of the Customs of the People's Republic of China with the Customs at the place of dispatch which accept the electronic declaration in advance. The goods shall arrive at the Customs control area at the place of dispatch within 5 days after the date of electronic data declaration.
