What Are Duty-free Shops?

Duty-free shops refer to the operating entities that, upon the approval by the General Administration of Customs, establish their sale premises or warehouses for storage of duty-free goods in compliance with Customs supervision requirements at the sites approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China or its authorized administrations to sell or supply duty-free goods to specified target consumers.
