On June 25, under the witness of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe, Minister Ni Yuefeng signed agreements with French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian in Beijing, China.

The two sides signed the Protocol Between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry for Agriculture and Food of France on Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Health Requirements of Beef to be Exported from France to China and the Protocol Between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry for Agriculture and Food of France on Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Health Requirements for Bovine Genetic Materials to be Exported from France to China.
