According to statistics by Manzhouli Customs, in January 2017, Manzhouli port saw totally 96 China Railway Experss trains inbound and outbound with 7118 TEUs. Therein, 75 trains were outbound, up 33.93% year-on-year, containing 5638 TEUs, up 47.13% year-on-year,  cargo value up 76.79% year-on-year to USD 303.6691 million; 21 trains inbound, up 10.53% year-on-year, containing 1480 TEUs, up 86.06% year-on-year, thus making a good start in freight volume and value.

China Railway Express trains, with on-time dispatch and faster speed, have gradually become the “upgraded” logistic mode between China and Central Asian and European countries, playing an important role in promoting economic and trade development of the countries along the routes as well as developing larger-scale, higher-level and deeper regional cooperation.
