On August 25, the first batch of exhibits for China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen smoothly passed customs clearance to be laid out in Xiamen International Convention Center. Held during September 8-11 in Xiamen, the Fair will organize activities focused on hot topics such as “the Belt and Road” national strategy and “Free Trade Zone, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank”, thus attracting fifty countries and regions to participate in.

The first batch, coming from Portugal and Taiwan, including wine, burdock, other foods, various pamphlets and posters, totaled 327 kilograms and USD4,082. To ensure a successful exhibition, Xiamen Customs District, with the slogan “providing vitality for exhibition, convenience for exhibition and services for exhibition”, respectively convened coordinated meetings at the first time, sent clearance information by SMS to participants, got core officers to serve through “9.8”special channel, and assigned staff to the Convention Center for “one stop” services such as registration, ensealing and fast release.
