Guangzhou Customs Seizes IPR-Infringing Cameras Worth RMB2.3 Million

On May 12, Guangzhou Customs announced that its affiliated Nansha Customs House had seized from exported goods a batch of high-end cameras suspected of infringing on the exclusive right of Canon trademark. The cameras were declared as Canon high-end digital single lens reflex and lens of a single reflex in various specifications, including EF24-70mmf/2.8LII USM, EOS 5D MARK III, and EOS 6D models, worth about 2.3 million yuan in total. Now the IPR holder has identified the infringement, with further investigation ongoing.
