On December 16, Mr. Huang Shengqiang, Head of National Office of Port Administration held a meeting with Mr. Berdydali Shemilly Shemusiljevichi, Vice chairman of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic at the Irkeshtam port, Xinjiang. Both sides exchanged views on enhancing international cooperation, improving customs declaration efficiency at the border ports in order to stimulate the development of bilateral trade.

Mr. Huang expressed that the opening of China-Kyrgyzstan “Green Channel”fast clearance is a significant way to improve trade facilitation of agricultural products and benefit people in both sides.

Mr. Berdydali spoke highly of the Customs cooperation on border area between China and Kyrgyzstan, and hopes to enhance further communication and exchanges on customs culture and physical education.

Mr. Shi Dagang, Vice chairman of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region attended the meeting.
