On December 8, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao held a meeting with Mr. Mathias Gr?nlund, Director General of Department of International Cooperation of Swedish Customs who was visiting China for the seminar on trade facilitation between China and Swedish Customs in Shanghai. Vice Minister Sun spoke highly of the achievements in cooperation between the two sides, and put forward five proposals for stepping up the cooperation: Firstly, to push forward the implementation of the China-Swedish Customs Cooperation Action Plan 2012-2014 and to put efforts in the review of the cooperation afterwards; Secondly, to develop strategic bilateral cooperation and sign the China-Swedish Customs Action Plan on Strategic Cooperation 2015-2017 in the coming year; Thirdly, to actively engage in the China-EU Customs cooperation by strengthening collaboration in intellectual property rights protection, mutual recognition of AEO and so on; Fourthly, to promote communication and forge partnership and cooperative relations between Customs and enterprises; Fifthly, to enhance sharing of experience in fields including single window, international electronic commerce, risk management and enterprises management.
