Recently, Huangpu Customs District’s Xinsha Customs House inspected a batch of import goods declared as subsea tunnel excavated materials, totaling 4,200 tons, and found out that actually they were sand sediment with many components, belonging to the soil banned by the state from import. Now, this case has been transferred to anti-smuggling department.
