On September 15, during Yinchuan Customs control of a flight for Dubai, the officers found an African passenger’s luggage X-rayed to be abnormal.

Through unpacking inspection, counterfeit electronic products were seized from his luggage, including 2,000 SAMSUNG earphones, 292 SanDisk memory cards, and 160 mobile-phone screens infringing SAMSUNG, APPLE and HUAWEI trademarks. The passenger confessed that he got the counterfeits from Guangzhou and would take them to Africa for sale.

Now, this IPR-infringing case is under further investigation.
