On November 2, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, under the witness of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Dominican President Danilo Medina, Minister Ni Yuefeng signed with Mr. Benítez, Minister of Agriculture of the Dominican Republic, the Memorandum of Understanding between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Dominican Republic in the Field of Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Measures, and the Protocol of Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Cigar Tobacco Leaves from Dominica to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Dominican Republic.
