Wang Lingjun signed documents with Mr. Savenkovthe, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (FSVPS) of Russia.

From September 5 to 8, Vice Minister Wang Lingjun led China Customs delegation to Russia.

Wang Lingjun co-chaired with Mr. Konstantin Arkadievich Savenkovthe, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (FSVPS),   the 7th meeting of the Russian-Chinese Standing Working Group on cooperation in the field of veterinary surveillance, phytosanitary control and food safety under the framework of China-Russia Prime Ministers Regular Meeting.

The two sides reviewed the progress made by the working group since last year, held discussions on over twenty issues of quarantine access of agricultural products of both countries and reached extensive consensuses on future cooperation.

The two sides signed the Protocol of Negotiations between General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia on Export of Cattle from China to Russia, the Memorandum of Standard for Avian Influenza Compartmentalization between General Aministration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the  Russian Federation , and the Protocol of the 7th Meeting of the Russian-Chinese Standing Working Group on Cooperation in the Field of Veterinary Surveillance, Phytosanitary Control and Food Safety.

During the stay, Wang Lingjun visited Russian Customs operation venue at Sochi port.
