After export goods transferred between Customs districts for advance customs declaration and direct-transfer arrive at the place of exit, the consignor or its agent shall go through exit formalities for the goods transferred between Customs with the Customs at the place of exit on strength of Register of Goods Carried by Automobiles or Vessel Supervision Book as well as the Export Declaration Form of the People's Republic of China and Declaration Form for Exported Goods Transferred Between Customs of the People's Republic of China or Inbound/Outbound Cargo Manifest (for road transport in Guangdong Province) issued by Customs at the place of dispatch.
