On October 13, Minister Yu Guangzhou attended the 19th China-Russia Prime Ministers’ Regular Meeting in Moscow and signed series of files. 

Witnessed by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Minister Yu and Mr. Beliyaninov, Head of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, jointly signed the Strategic Cooperation Plan between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation for the Year of 2014-2019 and the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation on Cooperation in Preventing the Illicit Trafficking of Nuclear and Other Radioactive Materials across China-Russia Borders and the Memorandum of Cooperation between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation on the Application of Large-scale Container Scanning Equipment.
