During September 22 to 24, the “Food Hospitality World （FHW） 2016”exhibition was held in Guangzhou Fair, showing foreign food from more than 30 countries and regions including Italy.

With exhibition area of more than 20,000 square meters, the exhibition set up 3 special halls for imported food, ingredients and condiments, liquor and beverages. There were various exhibits from different countries such as beef, ice wine, blueberry, beer, cheese, baked food, fresh food, dairy products, honey, ketchup, fruit jam, etc.

Considering short exhibiting time and limited commodity varieties, Guangzhou Customs innovated in control and service, i.e. specifically cooperating with Guangzhou Entry-Exit Inspection Bureau under Customs-CIQ “three mutuals” mechanism to jointly study exhibit registration in advance, help exhibitors finish registration formalities, and assign officers for onsite inspection, thus achieving joint control through mutual communication and recognition of control process and results.
