Minister Ni Yuefeng Signs Documents with Russian Counterparts

On November 7, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, under the witness of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Russian Prime Minister Medvedev, Minister Ni Yuefeng signed respectively with Mr. Blavin, Minister of Russian Customs, Memorandum between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the General Administration of Customs of the Russian Federation on Regulating the Order of Customs Clearance of Inbound and Outbound Goods Under the Framework of International Electronic Commerce, and with Danker Welter, Head of Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Agency of Russia, Protocol Between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (the Russian Federation) on Veterinary and Sanitary Requirements for Mutual Trade of Dairy Products between China and Russia, as well as Protocol on Inspection, Quarantine, Veterinary and Sanitary Control Between General Administration of Customs of The People’s Republic of China and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Serveillance (the Russian Federation) Regarding Russian and Chinese Import and Export of Frozen Poultry Meats.

 

On the same day, Minister Ni also held a cordial talk with Mr. Blavin. Both sides exchanged views in terms of implementation of the outcome of the Regular Meeting Between Chinese and Russian Prime Ministers and its Committee, information exchange, AEO mutual recognition, E-commerce parcel control, risk management, etc. Fruitful consensuses have been reached on the meeting. Mr. Zhang Guangzhi, Member of the CPC Committee, Director General of General Office of the GACC, also attended the meeting.
