On the evening of July 19, in Guangzhou Customs District, Baiyun International Airport Customs House quickly released a donor liver imported from Hungary.
A few days ago, a Hungarian tourist suddenly fell ill in Guang zhou and was in urgent need of liver transplantation. Though a donor liver was found fortunately, it was overseas and had stringent requirements for transport environment and time.
Under time pressure, the Airport Customs officers made classification in advance for the donor liver and, on its arrival, made prior inspection and fast release without any delay, so as to serve the patient in time.
