On March 1, 250 tons of compound fertilizers imported from Belgium, going through expedited Customs clearance procedures at Dayaowan Customs House，a subordinate Customs office of Dalian Customs District, were delivered to spring ploughing fields in time.

Components of those fertilizers include potassium sulphate and potassium chloride, which are necessary for spring ploughing.

According to Cui Shizhen, a Customs declarant of Dalian Qiyun International Logistics Co., Ltd., ‘this year’s spring came before the Spring Festival, making spring ploughing quite stressful. Thanks to the convenient Customs clearance policies for agricultural materials, these imported fertilizers were put into use for spring ploughing in time.’
