On May 24, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao led a delegation to visit the US and had a bilateral meeting with Mr. Seth Stodder, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Washington D.C..

Both sides made positive evaluation on the close and productive cooperation between China Customs and the DHS, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) over the years.

On the same day, Vice Minister Sun also called on Mr. Cui Tiankai, the Chinese Ambassador to the US, and briefed on the latest progress in China-US Customs cooperation.
