Customs officers count the seized dendrobium.

At Ruili Customs House subordinate to Kunming Customs District on January 2, the officers, inspecting the channel of border trade, intercepted a lorry carrying 2.8 tons of undeclared fresh dendrobium that was hidden among declared foodstuff.  

Dendrobium, an endangered wild plant, is listed in Appendix Ⅱ of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
