In cooperation with Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Xiamen, Changsha and Nanchang Customs Districts,  Huangpu Customs carried out the anti-smuggling operation against inbound second-hand photocopiers and printers on August 18. Consequently, they  destroyed 9 smuggling gangs, capturing 40 criminal suspects and detaining numerous second-hand photocopiers and printers that have been smuggled in.
