During Mid-Autumn Festival, Macao market had larger demand for fresh and live products. On September 13, Gongbei Customs released fresh and live goods 12% more than those on ordinary days to Macao. On that day, customs officers processed more than 200 declaration forms, setting a new high in the number of declarations within one day at Gongbei Port.

Gongbei Port is a “lifeline” for fresh and live goods supplied to Macao from the mainland. To ensure immediate release, the Customs provides facilitating services like “centralized declaration” and “clearance reservation”.
