On October 12, at Beilun Customs House subordinate to Ningbo Customs District, Ningbo Penavico-CCL International Freight Forwarding Company undertook ATA Carnet formalities to prepare for re-exit of temporarily imported properties of “2018 Ningbo·Nice International Carnival”. Through expedite inspection by the Customs, totally 10 containers of properties were released within half the day.

The “Nice Carnival” has recently closed in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. As all of its properties were temporarily imported from France, they needed to re-exit in original state after the closure.

In view of the massive properties and urgent time, Ningbo Customs set up a green channel for “Nice Carnival” goods clearance and provided clearance information platform to communicate with businesses by using online tools like WeChat, thus ensuring the properties re-exit as scheduled.
