Beijing Customs Ensures Safe Package of Export Dangerous Goods
08/04/2020

Customs officers inspect the package of export dangerous chemicals.

On July 22, Beijing Customs District cleared an export of polypropylene catalysts, with the package of such dangerous goods inspected by Yizhuang Customs House.

According to the exporter, their polypropylene catalyst, required for making melt-blown fabric, has been in great demand from overseas since the pandemic outbreak, and the Customs provides great support for their timely delivery by working overtime.

Since this April, along with increasing exports of anti-epidemic supplies from Beijing, Yizhuang Customs House has been engaged in the inspection on the packages of export dangerous goods. On the premise of anti-epidemic efforts, the Customs House specifically helps relevant enterprises with the packing problems and makes the packing inspection in the field workshops to ensure the packing safety. By June 30, the Customs House inspected 141 batches or 16,000 pieces of export dangerous goods packages.
