On February 16, when 45,000 tons of NPK fertilizer from Norway was carried by ship into Dongguan (Guangdong Province), Xinsha Customs House (subordinated to Huangpu Customs District) immediately cleared this shipment to meet the needs of spring farming. By the end of February 17, the Customs cleared a total of 185,600 tons of imported chemical fertilizer, worth USD 68.04 million.
