During November 27—29, Vice Minister Hu Wei headed a visiting delegation to India.

Vice Minister Hu hold bilateral talks with Dr. Anup Wadhawan, Commerce Secretary of India, Sanjay Agarwal, Secretary and Vasudha Mishra, Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare of India, discussing issues on market access for agricultural products and food. Vice Minister Hu and Commerce Secretary Anup Wadhawan signed a Protocol on Hygiene and Inspection Requirements for the Export of Fish Meal and Fish Oil From India to China.

During his visit, Vice Minister Hu met with Luo Zhaohui, Chinese Ambassador to India and Tang Guocai, Chinese Consul-General in Mumbai and paid a visit to the branch company of CCIC in India.
