On November 27, Vice Minister Wang Lingjun met with guests from Ecuador and Ukraine, respectively.

 
Vice Minister Wang exchanged views with Mr. Diego Caicedo, Vice Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment of Ecuador on bilateral trade and exporting aquatic products from Ecuador to China.

Mr. Wang and Mr. Tars Kachka, Deputy Minister for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine positively appraised the achievements of the cooperation in the fields of inspection and quarantine between the two countries. Both sides exchanged in-depth views and reached consensus on further discussing wheat, rapeseed, aquatic products exports from Ukraine to China, and two-way market access for poultry meat between the two countries. After the meeting, the two parties signed the Protocol of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of the Rapeseed Meal from Ukraine to China between the General Administration of Customs of China and the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, and Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection on Inspection, Quarantine Sanitary Requirements for Honey to be Exported from Ukraine to China.
