On October 26, 2021, Ms. Hu Lan, Deputy Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, GACC met with Mr. Oren Ben Shabat, Minister-Counselor for customs affair of the Israeli Embassy in China via video link. Both sides reviewed the good cooperation between China and Israel Customs and exchanged views on strengthening communication and cooperation in the fields of the “Smart Customs, Smart Borders and Smart Connectivity” initiative, single window, cross-border e-commerce supervision and related risk evaluation affairs. Representatives from the National Office of Port Administration, Department of Risk Management and Department of Port Control attended the meeting.
