For enterprises and customs declarers who have handled the filing formalities for customs clearance, the Customs continues allowing their clearance. Where the declaring unit fails to make customs declaration in a place other than the registration place due to customs registration and filing, it should check its business registration information with the Customs with the jurisdiction.
