On January 4, Shatoujiao Customs House (affiliated to Shenzhen Customs District) captured a smuggling of cigarettes hidden on a trolley at “Zhongying” Street, seizing 303 cartons of cigarettes including TAURUS.

At 9 am that day, a man was slowly pushing a trolley from Shenzhen Special Economic Zone into Zhongying Street, with two thin wooden boxes orderly placed on the trolley, which looked not different from general building materials. However, when Customs officers were going to inspect the man, he quickly pushed his trolley, trying to escape into Zhongying Street, so the officers immediately stopped him. Through inspection, the officers discovered that the wooden boxes, with special inter-layers, contained a large number of cigarettes, totally 60,600 pieces in 303 cartons, involving TAURUS, GOLDEN DEER, MARLBORO and Furongwang.
