On June 7 , Minister Yu Guangzhou and Vice Minister Sun Yibiao met with Mr.Yuri Senko, Chairman of Belarus State Customs Committee in Beijing.

The two sides spoke highly of the bilateral customs cooperation, exchanged in-depth views and achieved consensus on promoting connectivity and jointly building the Belt and Road, implementing significant cooperation projects of the two governments and the Agreement between the Government of People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, signing the Technology of the Information Exchange on the Goods and Means of Transport Moved between the Territories of the Republic of China and the People’s Republic of Belarus, exchanging experience on the use of inspection equipment, enhancing bilateral training cooperation as well as facilitating customs clearance along the route of China-Europe freight trains.

After the meeting, Minister Yu Guangzhou and Mr. Yuri Senko signed the Memorandum between the General Customs Administration of the People’s Republic of China and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in the Sphere of Staff Training.
