Minister Ni Yuefeng Exchanges Cooperative Arrangement with Philippines Customs Commissioner

On August 29, in the presence of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Philippine President Duterte, Minister Ni Yuefeng and Philippine Customs Commissioner Guerrero exchanged the Cooperative Arrangement between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Bureau of Customs of the Republic of the Philippines on the Implementation of the Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters.
