On April 1, Shantou Customs port officers detained a batch of plastic toys that are imitative characters of American cartoon “PAW PATROL”.

By risk control, the Customs inspected the 7,530 plastic toys in 72 cartons to export, each toy with “PAW PATROL” trademark on package, and finally verified their infringing on intellectual property together with the trademark owner.

Customs officers seized the counterfeit toys.
