On June 10, Vice Minister Zou Zhiwu met with Afghan Minister of Finance, H.E. Eklil Ahmad Hakimi, in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Afghan Ambassador to China, H.E. Janan Mosazai, attended the meeting.

The both parties exchanged views on China-Afghanistan customs, inspection and quarantine cooperation. They jointly signed the Protocol of Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Pine Nuts from Afghanistan to China between General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
