Recently, Ningbo Customs seized a batch of IPR-infringing chemical fabrics totaling 12,300 meters that would export to the UAE.

Through customs inspection, it was found that the “ADIDAS” trademark was printed on some of the chemical fabrics; through identification with the IPR owner, these fabrics were really infringing on the trademark right registered with China Customs.

Now, this export consignment is detained under further investigation.
