Minister Yu Guangzhou Meets with Mr. Senko, Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Belarus

On May 13, Minister Yu Guangzhou of the General Administration of China Customs (GACC), Vice Minister Sun Yibiao and Zhang Guangzhi ( Member of the Board, GACC ), met with Senko, Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Belarus, and his delegation at the Headquarters of GACC.

Yu Guangzhou welcomed Senko to the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. Senko spoke highly about the Belt and Road initiative and expressed his gratitude for being invited to the Forum. He also stressed that Belarus Customs was willing to work closely with China Customs under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Minister Yu Guangzhou gave a high appraisal to the Customs cooperation between China and Belarus. The two sides exchanged views and reached consensus on the following issues: actively participating in the Belt and Road Initiative; start negotiation on cooperative document to implement CMAA between two sides, promoting facilitation of trade between countries along the routes of the China Railway Express and Implement the Memorandum between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in the Sphere of Staff Training.
