On July 7^th, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao held a bilateral talk with Mr. John Karimi Gilani Njiraini, Commissioner General of Kenya Revenue Authority in Beijing.

Vice Minister Sun and Commissioner General Gilani had an in-depth exchange of views and reached consensus on exchange of visits and communication, exchange of the application of scientific equipment, information exchange, cooperation on combating smuggling of endangered animals and plants as well as cooperation on capacity building.
