"Declarer Unit" refers to the enterprise or entity taking direct responsibility to the Customs for authenticity of the contents declared. In the case of self-declaration, the column shall be filled in with the name and code of an operating unit of the imported (exported) goods; in the case of declaration by proxy, the column shall be filled in with the name and code of a customs broker approved by the Customs.

This column also involves relevant items about the declarer unit details listed in bottom left of the Customs Declaration Form, including customs declarant, declarer’s address, zip code, phone number, etc.
