From May 4 to 6, China Customs attended the 231st/232nd Sessions of WCO Permanent Technical Committee (PTC) in a virtual manner, joined discussions and made suggestions on topics including smart cooperation, PTC rules of procedure, cross-border e-commerce, time release study and role of Customs in mitigating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
