Guangzhou Customs Seizes 2,000 Intellectual Property Right Infringing Bearings
09/03/2016

Recently, Neigang Office (affiliated to Guangzhou Customs) seized an export of 2,000 IPR-infringing bearings declared as ordinary trade mode.

This batch of bearings were declared as non-branded but printed with TIMKEN, thus suspected of infringing on the IPR of TIMKEN, a bearing manufacturer based in the USA. Finally, TIMKEN confirmed that those bearings were infringing products without being permitted to use the trademark.
