Recently, Neigang Office (affiliated to Guangzhou Customs) seized an export of 2,000 IPR-infringing bearings declared as ordinary trade mode.
This batch of bearings were declared as “non-branded” but printed with “TIMKEN”, thus suspected of infringing on the IPR of TIMKEN, a bearing manufacturer based in the USA. Finally, TIMKEN confirmed that those bearings were infringing products without being permitted to use the trademark.
