An IPR holder, Guangzhou Lianxiang Auto Parts Co., Ltd., confirmed in writing to Gongbei Customs on January 11 that 110,000 sets of energy-saving lamps, earlier seized by the Customs in an export consignment, were infringing on the Company’s trademark of “COBRA” that is registered with the GACC.

Now, the IPR-infringing lamps, detained by the Customs, are under further investigation.
